You should finish your night off with some fresh pineapple and a couple prunes. The pineapple has enzymes in it that your body doesn't have that breaks down fat that turns into clogged arteries. I lost 45 lb in 8 months. I fasted for the first 2 months for the weight to stop coming off and when I mean fasted it means I simply had a hard boiled egg and a banana during the day, drank lots of water and made sure everyday i juice at least one lemon and as it to my glad of water and I waited till around 7:30 at night to eat and when I did eat it was something really healthy and good for you. And then I finished off with the pineapple and a couple prunes. Today was the first day someone called me skinny😮 I still have about 15 lb left to lose. But I eat really healthy and I eat really good. I love snacking on grapes and apples that night. I don't eat any processed food or fast food. It's all home cooking. I'm on a cilantro pesto kick right now. Tonight I roasted two big jalapenos and took a bunch of cilantro. Some walnuts, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, some garlic. I like lots of garlic and some avocado oil. Oh and an avocado 🥑 and some freshly grated parmesano and made pesto,and I put it on top of a pulled pork and a tortilla. Yum

I will add a suggestion the volume of your meals looks a bit spars to me. The calorie intake can be higher than on a SAD lifestyle. Your skin is beautiful! I would like to use it on my face, but my face is oily. I am constantly washing my face because I can't stand that oily feeling. I just can't imagine rubbing more oil on to face, especially thick castor oil. Do you feel like it makes your skin greasy feeling? I would like to try it, but I just don't if I could stand that oily feeling. I have never even used moisturizer on my face and I really don't like wearing any kind of foundation, because I can't stand feeling oily on my face. But I do think it would be great for my dry lips and to use on my legs and arms. Please let me know how you deal with feeling oily when you slather it on your face. I use tea tree body soap and i noticed if i dont put deodorant i dont smell. I will definitely try castor oil. As im transitioning out of deodorant.

I use Aloe to smooth shaving my armpits. No smell any more. Castor oil is for real a magical treatment.
